Communication, attention to detail and prudent resource management are the key ingredients to project management. A programme of works is issued prior to the commencement of work on site, detailing timescales which have been agreed by all trades and disciplines.

A Project Manager will be appointed to coordinate to the programme of works and ensure that all disciplines are communicating effectively on site, updating suppliers, contractors and clients every step of the way. A full time Site Manager will also support the project on a day to day basis to ensure the successful completion of the work.
