There are many factors which influence the successful completion of a fit-out and refurbishment project. It is essential to accurately interpret the client's brief in order to understand their vision and requirements, thus creating the best working environment unique to your company.

Design visuals, accompanied by a clear detailed work scope, are used to deliver the project on time and on budget once our client has given their approval.

After all the elements of the work scope have been refined and agreed, a programme of works is produced and issued to the client detailing how the project schedule will evolve. This will determine start, lead times and the completion date of the project.

From the outset, communication and attention to detail is our priority. A project manager will be appointed to coordinate the programme of works and ensure that each discipline on site communicates effectively. A full time Site Manager will also support the project on a day to day basis to ensure the successful completion of the project.

On completion of the project, our support continues to ensure the client is entirely satisfied with the completed work.
